Khan Md. Sha Alam holds a Master’s degree in Social Science from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh. He has extensive professional experience in the development sector, working in areas such as education, adolescent empowerment, environment and climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction (DRR), and livelihood capacity building with reputed organizations, including BRAC, Uttaran, Shushilan, and SUS.

He has played a key role in implementing several major development projects, particularly in climate change adaptation and mitigation. Notable initiatives include the Community Climate Change Project (CCCP) supported by the European Union, the Sustainable Micro Enterprise Project (SEP) supported by the World Bank, Adapting to Climate Change and Ensuring Food Security (ACCEFC) supported by the Stromme Foundation, Norway, and the Resilient Homestead and Livelihood (RHL) project supported by the Green Climate Fund (GCF), focusing on food security for vulnerable coastal communities in Bangladesh.

Currently, he is working as an M&E Specialist, with strong expertise in Logical Framework Analysis, mid-term and end-line evaluations, and data analysis. He is well regarded for his cooperative attitude and effective collaboration with both project staff and beneficiaries.
