'+880 1716841130I'm Md. Anoarus Sadat, a dedicated professional with 17 years of experience across the development and administration sectors, with over 7 years focused on sustainable development. I hold a postgraduate degree in Fisheries from Govt. B L College, Khulna, and a diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the Bangladesh Institute of Management Study (BIMS), Dhaka.
In my current role as Project Manager at the Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS), I lead a livelihood improvement project in Jashore, funded by a Japanese NGO. My work centers on creating sustainable income opportunities and advancing eco-friendly practices that empower local communities.
My previous roles have provided me with diverse expertise, from serving as a Supervisor with Padakhep Consortium to working as a Fisheries Specialist (Trainer) with Environment, Agriculture and Development Services Ltd. (EADS). I've also been a Fisheries and Environment Specialist with the Center for Coastal Environmental Conservation (CCEC), an IUCN member, and a Supervisor for a Transportation Survey with Asia Energy Corporation.
With a strong foundation in fisheries, environmental conservation, and project management, I am deeply committed to fostering sustainable growth and uplifting communities.
